Wipe‑down of walls and skirting boards

£1200-£1800
What’s included:
Everything in House Clearance and Clearance & Clean packages
Minor electrical works by a qualified electrician: lights, sockets etc.
Minor plumbing repairs: fixing leaks, replacing taps etc.
Handyman service: wall fixings, dropped hinges, resealing worktops etc.
Decorating: light painting work, including walls and skirtings, to freshen up the property.
